Guided tours of Kratochvíle are aimed at presenting the valuable ornamentation of the Renaissance interiors from the time of the completion of the construction of the villa (late 16th century). Great attention is paid to the Renaissance architecture, decorative Mannerist painting and figurative stucco decoration. The main theme of the route is the presentation of the interior furnishings corresponding to the period of the last Rozmberkss. The tour of the Renaissance villa begins in the entrance hall with painted hunting scenes on the walls and vaults. The route continues on a tour of the rooms of the Rozemberk butler Johann Hagen, armoury and the rooms of Jan Zrinský of Seryn. After climbing up the spiral staircase; the renewed interiors of the two-storey villa open up to visitors. The rooms on the east side are dedicated to Petr Vok, leading through the study, master bedroom, anteroom, Large Upper Hall and to the Golden Hall, the most spectacular room in the villa. The tour continues on the west side to the 'Courtly' Chamber, which is generously decorated with figures of hunters, exotic animals and illustrations of Ovid's Metamorphosis.
